Do you take insurance?

I participate with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network. Priority Health- coming soon!

If you are covered under one of these plans, I will bill your insurance company directly. You are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and fees not covered by insurance.

If you are covered by an insurance company not listed above, I do not bill your insurance company directly and you are responsible for payment at the time of service. However, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. I am happy to provide a detailed itemized receipt (superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s coverage.

Please contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits and the process for submitting claims. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and full payment is expected at the time of service.

Please note: If you choose to use insurance to pay for services, your insurance company may limit services and request access to information about your treatment in order to process claims.
